Chad
EPP is authorised to issue I-REC(E) only where the P-REC (Peace REC) label is applied.
China
Production Facilities that receive a FiT are ineligible for I-REC(E).
Democratic Republic of the Congo
EPP is authorised to issue I-REC(E) only where the P-REC (Peace REC) label is applied.
Ethiopia
EPP is authorised to issue I-REC(E) only where the P-REC (Peace REC) label is applied.
Haiti
EPP is authorised to issue I-REC(E) only where the P-REC (Peace REC) label is applied.
India
I-REC(E) issuance is not possible for output that falls under a long-term PPA under the Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO) or the domestic REC system.

Philippines
I-RECs cannot be issued for Production Facilities receiving the national FiT.
Russia
Issuing suspended February 2022.
Somalia
EPP is authorised to issue I-REC(E) only where the P-REC (Peace REC) label is applied.
South Sudan
EPP is authorised to issue I-REC(E) only where the P-REC (Peace REC) label is applied.
Taiwan (Province of China)
Wind and solar Production Devices are not eligible for I-REC(E) issuance due to potential interactions with the Taiwanese Green Purchase Program and domestic REC scheme.
Abu Arab Emirates
I-REC(E) Certificates issued in Abu Dhabi may only be redeemed within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
